Join the club, PC or whatever, it goes with the hobby. I have had to jiggle wires at many awkward times. I won't say anymore because I don't want to discourage you. You might look at the bright side: wiggling introduces transients into the audio stream which you can appreciate in true high fidelity. You know..such transient respone, such presence, nice sound stage, slap to the bass, etc.
