These are 12" woofers, not 15" as you requested, but the Selenium 12PW3-SLF woofers are on sale at Parts Express for $40 each and have a Qts of .69. I don't have any experience with OB, so I can't comment on their suitability, but I do have some Selenium 15" woofers in a ported box and they are very nice speakers.
