I understand that, and from a crossover and polarity only perspective they are "in phase". However, that does not mean they will be acoustically in phase, and you may want to keep that in mind if you decide to do something else with the drivers or in using any drivers for that matter.
Drivers using a first order series networks need to have the drivers physically aligned to still be in phase. Physically move one back in time in relation to the other drivers and they are no longer in phase.

Those planar magnetic mids are not bad at all. They are great drivers.
